How do I sign into UltraVPN on iOS?

To enable the Premium features on your iOS device you need to be signed into the application. If you are not signed in you will see this:
To sign in to your Premium account from the home screen:
Tap on sign-in on the top left of the application. You will see a screen like this:
Please enter your Premium UltraVPN email and password and you will be signed into the application.
