What do I need to do to get a refund from Apple?

*Issue: I would like a refund for my UltraVPN Premium subscription, which was purchased through the Apple App Store on my Mac device. How can I be reimbursed?*

Please note that because you subscribed to your Premium account through the App Store, Apple's policy requires that you cancel and request a refund through them only.
Please make sure you have canceled auto-renewal on your Premium subscription through the App store before requesting a refund.
Sign in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase your Premium subscription
Select the appropriate options on your screen
Tap Submit.
