Sorry you are experiencing email issues; let's work to fix that. The steps below should help resolve the issue with sending and receiving emails.
- In some cases, we suggest using the actual URL or website version of an email application. We know how it can be an inconvenience; however, we have noticed in our experience that using the website version of an email app tends to solve the issue more times than not.
- Ex. If you are using the Outlook email app, please close Outlook, disconnect the app, and please connect to the VPN and go to the web version here.
- If the above does not work, please go to the web version of the app and copy the URL and place it in the "exclude domain" setting of the app. Click on the checkmark at the end to ensure it is saved.
