What happens if I lost or forgotten my Master password?

If you have forgotten your Master Password please follow the steps below.
Click on "I've forgotten my password" on the Passwatch application.
After tapping on "I've forgotten my password" you will see a screen that says you will need to recover your password in the Passwatch browser extension.
If you do not have the browser extension downloaded you can find the links below: Passwatch Chrome Extension Passwatch Safari Extension
From whichever extension you use, please click on "I've forgotten my password" again.
After clicking that, you will be redirected to another site asking you to put in your credentials and your recovery key to reset your password.
