Issue: I would like a refund for my UltraVPN Premium subscription which was purchased through Apple's App Store on my iOS device. How can I be reimbursed?

Please note that because you subscribed to your Premium account through Apple, Apple's policy requires that you cancel and request a refund through them only.
Please make sure you have canceled auto-renewal on your Premium subscription in Apple before requesting a refund.
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Sign in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase your Premium subscription
- Select the appropriate options on your screen
- Tap Submit.
