There are two ways to do this. The easiest way is to delete UltraVPN and reinstall it. If that does not work,
- Reboot your device.
- Restart the UltraVPN app and reconnect.
- When the VPN connection dialog box appears, select the "I trust this application" checkbox and tap OK.
- If you have any trouble tapping the "OK" or "Grant" buttons to permit VPN:
Disable any screen dimming or battery-saving apps first, and then try again. We have confirmed that Twilight, Lux, and Screen Filter are among the apps that cause this issue.
Note: A 'VPN permissions' error may occur if you disconnect UltraVPN from outside the app. To avoid this, always disconnect from within the app.
On the UltraVPN home screen, Tap the same button to connect, and the app will disconnect.
