There are two ways to do this. Perhaps the easiest way is to delete UltraVPN and reinstall it. If that does not work:
- Reboot your device
- Restart the UltraVPN app, and reconnect
- When the VPN connection dialog box appears, select the "I trust this application" checkbox > tap OK
If you have any trouble tapping the "OK" or "Grant" buttons to grant VPN permission:
- Disable any screen dimming or battery saver apps first and then try again. We have confirmed that Twilight, Lux and Screen Filter are among the apps that cause this issue.
Note: 'VPN permissions' error may occur if you disconnect UltraVPN from outside of the app. To avoid this, always disconnect from within the app:
- On UltraVPN home screen > Tap the same button used to connect and the app will disconnect
