1. On Mac
- Hold down Command key + Shift Key + 4 key
- Your Mac captures the entire screen and saves it as a file on the desktop. The file name will look like “Screen shot + the date it was taken and the hour + png”
- Attach the image when submitting your request
2. On Windows
- Press PrtScn Key. Windows captures the entire screen and copies it to the (invisible) clipboard. The position of this key in your keyboard may vary depending on the model of your computer
- Paste and save the screenshot (that is in the clipboard) into a document or file. For example Paint.
- Once you submit the request use the add file option to attach the file/screenshot
3. On iOS
- Hold down Sleep/Wake button then immediately press and release Home Key. The screen flashes white. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo. In some devices the Sleep/Wake button may be on the top
- Look for the screenshot in the Photos App
- On iOS devices 10 and up press the power button and the volume up button at the same time.
4. On Android
Depending on the model of your Android device, this procedure may vary.
- Hold down at once Volume Down and Power for 1–2 seconds. The screen flashes white. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo
- Hold down at once Home and Power for 1–2 seconds. The screen flashes white. Your device captures the entire screen and saves it as a photo
Look for a Screenshots folder in your Gallery or Photos app.
