I am getting the error "Failed to initialize VPN Network Adapter" what can I do to troubleshoot?

Please follow the below step if you are seeing this error. 

Step 1: Enable DNS client Windows service (Only if you are seeing the error message "Failed to initialize VPN network adapter")

If you see the "Failed to initialize VPN network adapter" error it might be caused by a disabled DNS Client windows service.

To enable service:

1. Click Start and type Registry Editor
2. Open Registry Editor and find registry key by doing the following: click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in your left-hand bar and then SYSTEM then Currentcontrolset  then Services and finally, Dnscache
3. Open Start DWORD key

4. Change value data from 4 (Disabled) to 2 (Automatic), click OK

 5. Restart Windows
